In southern Formosa, there is a family named Chang (張). It is a tight-knit family, but over the last few decades, it has sent shoots into the far side of the Pacific. As the family tree grows, this site, Chang Country, will continue to be updated with news of its several members.

Yes, indeed that my 2nd sister-in-law is in his 80 years of life. His students organized this exhibit for him.
The two pictures shown in the bottom, 秀姐 and 姐夫 that was painted some time in the 1990s by he himself.
By the way, I called and gladly learned from 志宜(?) that the surgery of 三叔母 went very well this morning. Best wishes to her and hope she gets well soon.

這位就是現澄"姑丈"對吧?! 我這樣稱呼不知道有沒有錯?(跟著愷楨這般叫)
恭禧姑丈!! 80歲仍持續作畫，還能開個展，好棒喔!!
圖二 應該就是現澄姑丈，有種畫家的氣質，與"劉其偉，劉老"相似。
現澄姐夫、[錦]秀姐您們好！好多年沒見了，自從1993年吧。真幸福吧，這麽多生徒替你開畫展祝壽。
噢，對了。一星期多前，在南加州偶遇30年未見的水彩畫家陳陽春。我們倆聊起了臺灣的畫壇，他也提到了“那位客籍的水彩畫大師“曾現澄 樣也。

沒錯，中間那位就是曾現澄先生，妳與愷楨一樣叫他「姑丈」應是對的。與他在一起的兩幅話是他送給桃園縣政府點藏的。
順便提一下，他在茶會上說到的一件趣事：在早年，他的一位學生，很會算命。有一天這位學生跟他說：「老師，我幫你算過命，很奇怪，你六十歲以後，在這個世界上，就找不到你了。」，所以，他在六十歲以前，就辨了退休。
他說：「我現在可已經混到八十了呀！」。學生們都祝福他，並承諾會幫他辨『九十回顧展』。

哇! 能給縣政府典藏畫作，真的很不簡單。
小時後以務農為主的時期，我家也能見的到此番情景。稻田裡堆滿乾稻草堆，我輩小子們就在稻草堆裡，爬上爬下，跳來跳去，好不快樂呀!!!
原來，現澄姑丈60歲以後就閉關修練去啦!!80歲再重出江湖，開個展為其人生再添一番色彩。真的好厲害，90歲再來辦次回顧展是應該的，期待著!!
ps 我們高雄也有不錯的展覽場地。
